Also known as Rocky Point, the city of Puerto Penasco is a great destination for North American travelers all year long.  It has some of the very best beaches, the water is warm and clear, the tides are quite large and the swimming and snorkeling is excellent.

Rocky Point is also a wonderful place for dolphin and sea lion watching.  The  sport fishing is great. Some of the many sea creatures that can be fished at Puerto Penasco are Dorado, Trigger Fish, Rock Bass, Red Snapper, Grouper, Shark, and Black Sea Bass.
